On this page you’ll find everything you need to know about how to get to Van Gogh Alive and what to expect once you arrive at the experience.
Van Gogh Alive is located on The East Albert Lawn, Kensington Gardens, London.
If you are relying on a post code to find the exhibition, then we would advise going to SW7 2AP, which will direct you to the Royal Albert Hall. Van Gogh Alive is located on the other side of Kensington Road to the Royal Albert Hall and is next to the Albert Memorial.
As the entrance by the Albert Memorial has steps, we advise anyone requiring step-free access to enter the Kensington Gardens via Queens Gate. Queens Gate is located at SW7 5ET, and is about 100 yards down the road from The Albert Hall, towards High Street Kensington. The entrance into the park is located next to Queens Gate Lodge.
The East Albert Lawn is within easy walking distance of public transport. South Kensington, High Street Kensington, and Knightsbridge Underground Stations are all approximately a ten-minute walk, while the area is also well serviced by several bus routes, including numbers 23, 452, 49, 52 and 9.
Except for the existing public parking areas and car parks available in the vicinity, there will be no car parking associated with the exhibition.
